ABOUT IRENE PLESKO
I’ve spent 20 years in marketing across FMCG and Medtech — shaping brands, leading projects, and navigating the pressures of corporate life — all while running a small business and raising two highly energetic boys. Through it all, I learned firsthand what it takes to balance competing priorities, perform under pressure, and still want to show up as my best self.
But at a certain point, I entered a new season of life and realised my personal style no longer reflected who I had become. It wasn’t that my wardrobe was wrong — it was that I had changed, and it left me feeling unsettled, out of sync… stuck.
I made it my resolve to change that — to undo those feelings and replace them with a sense of ease, intention, and alignment in how I showed up in the world. It became a period of reinvention and realignment, a chance to explore how my identity, values, and personal brand could come together with confidence and flow.
I dove deep into colour analysis, body shape theory, and style archetypes. What started as a personal journey quickly became something more: I discovered the joy of helping others have their own “lightbulb” moments. That excitement was contagious, and it inspired me to make it my purpose.
What began as a passion project led me to become certified in Colour Analysis and Style Coaching. Whilst most of my clients are based in and around Sydney, I have the privilege of guiding others globally through my virtual offering — something I find deeply rewarding and fulfilling, watching people experience their own moments of clarity, confidence, and joy.
All Seasons Edit was born from this journey — a reflection of the seasons we all move through in life. I know what it feels like to navigate change, uncertainty, and the desire to show up in a way that truly reflects who you are. Having been through it myself, I feel deeply passionate about guiding you — helping you reconnect the dots between who you are, how you feel, and the impact you make.
To the season of you,
Irene Plesko
